Taxes
Customers are recommended to see if there is any kind of import tax or duty before making any purchase. Iphone-cases4u.com will not be liable for any import tax or duty. For any promotional offer such as free express shipping, Iphone-cases4u will not be liable for the import tax or duty incurred as well.

 Prices
We cannot confirm the price of a product until you order.  It is possible that the price for a product may increase or decrease between the time that the product is placed in a shopping cart and the time the purchase is actually made.  Also, despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on the Site may display incorrect prices.  If the price for the product on the Site is incorrect and is actually higher than the price provided at the time of purchase, then, at the sole discretion of Iphone-cases4u.com, Iphone-cases4u.com may either (a) contact you for instructions before shipping the product or charging you for such product, or (b) cancel the order for such product and notify you of such cancellation.

Iphone-cases4u.com will have the right to cancel any orders for products that have been listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or contain other incorrect information or typographical errors or are unavailable for any reason.  Iphone-cases4u.com will have this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Iphone-cases4u.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Return Policy
If customers wish to return or exchange the purchased item(s), customer may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item, provided that it is manufacturer fault. All returned goods must remain UNOPENED and IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION and are issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Customer should arrange to return the goods to us by themselves as Iphone-cases4u will not arrange a courier to collect back the item(s). All returned goods must be received by Iphone-cases4u within 14 days of the RMA issued date and any returned good received over this period will be time-barred hence Iphone-cases4u will not be able to progress this. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Iphone-cases4u is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent to you in error made by Iphone-cases4u. Iphone-cases4u will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Iphone-cases4u always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and traceable service with your courier. Please note that returned item(s) must remain unopened and any discrepancies will result in a delay of the return process. In addition, all refund made will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee unless an error is made by Iphone-cases4u. If any goods are sent to you in error please inform us within 48 hours otherwise error can not be rectified and please allow 10-15 working days for the return process to be completed.

For some occasions (e.g. damaged items), customer may be required to send the photo of the received parcel to our help center, it is for investigating the problem in more detailed.

1./ the envelop or box of the parcel
2./ the packing of the products
3./ the products 

Warranty
The warranty period is counted for 1 month starting from the dispatch date.Within 1 month after received the product, customers may return the product to Iphone-cases4u.com for renovation if crystals fall off from the main product. Iphone-cases4u.com will bear the labour and material cost incurred for the renovation. The postage for returning and resending the product will be beared by customers. Iphone-cases4u.com shall NOT be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage arosed by product delivery.

This warranty service will NOT apply if caused by improper treatment, abuse, alteration, negligence, misuse or accident. The customer must provide the order confirmation details for this warranty service.
